About

Mary Jane Liviau

Herbalist and Naturopath mIRH, mANP, mGNC

I gained my formal education and Diploma in Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dublin.

This qualification allows me to prescribe herbs, once a consultation has taken place, that are in some cases not permitted for over the counter sale in Ireland.

I use reliably sourced, organic where possible, traditional Western, Ayurvedic, South American and Traditional Chinese herbs in practice as well as medicinal mushrooms.

I am a fully insured practitioner and member of the Irish Register of Herbalists, the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners and the General Naturopathic Council.

Herbal Medicine, including fungi, combined with Naturopathy can induce profound beneficial changes for many people with a wide variety of conditions.

Including: Neurological, cardiovascular, digestive, anxiety, hormonal, skin conditions, hair and nails, autoimmune, impaired immunity, lymphatic, even musculoskeletal. However, for acute issues for example, your leg hanging off, I recommend seeing your doctor, maybe followed by a physical therapist, in this case I would be better employed to help speed your recovery.

So, I hear you ask what might I recommend once the relevant professionals have bandaged you up and dealt with the gore. Wan the HSE. Check out my blog on the Musculoskeletal system.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to arrange a consultation or for any further information. You can find out more about what we do here.
